Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It takes the right environment, a little care and people willing to nurture what comes next.
That idea inspired Rooted in Growth, a PHASE Scientific culture initiative designed to bring our team together through something refreshingly simple: planting a seed and watching it grow.
Employees were invited to plant, nurture and document their own plants over time, sharing photos, progress and, inevitably, a few lessons in patience along the way. What started as a small activity became a visual reminder of something much bigger: growth looks different for everyone, but none of it happens without care and consistency.

Rooted in Growth gave our teams a way to step outside of the day-to-day and participate in a shared experience across roles, departments and locations. Each plant had its own timeline. Some took off immediately. Others needed a little more attention. And some kept everyone guessing.
