Doug FIELD

Biography

Doug is responsible for PHASE Scientific Americas' commercial business in the U.S. market, primarily its Distributor/Reseller and Direct Customer (i.e.: laboratories, health clinics, hospital systems, urgent care and primary care, etc.) ​sales channels and its growing product portfolio in the Point-of-Care (PoC) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) markets. In addition, he leads the entire U.S. Sales & Marketing Team and is a member of PHASE Scientific International Ltd.’s Executive Leadership Team.

Doug has four decades of experience in building and leading several companies in the healthcare industry, including some that serve the Return-to-Work and COVID-19 Testing markets. He graduated from Ohio State University and has strong experience in business strategy and company leadership, mergers/acquisitions/alliances, and sales/marketing management. Doug also has a strong track record for achieving sales revenue and profitability-growth for the companies he has led.
