PHASE Scientific Americas kicked off its community involvement efforts with our first Adopt-a-Beach cleanup, bringing together employees and loved ones for a hands-on day of service.
With an 18-person team turnout, we came together to care for our local coastline, strengthen team connections, and give back in a meaningful way. Beyond the impact on our environment, the event created space to build relationships beyond the screen, turning familiar Zoom faces into real-world connections. It reflected who we are as a company: people-first, community-minded, and committed to leading by example.
