Intended use
The INDICAID Fentanyl Rapid Detection Test is a rapid screening test that detects fentanyl in powder samples without the use of laboratory instruments.
The test uses an antibody to selectively detect fentanyl at concentrations exceeding 10 ng/mL.
This assay provides a preliminary qualitative result. A confirmatory analytical method, such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS), should be used to verify results. Clinical judgment should be applied to any drug-of-abuse test result, particularly when interpreting preliminary positives.

Dilute at least 1mg of powder in 5mL of water

Immerse the test dipstick vertically for at least 10–15 seconds

Read the results on the test dipstick after 1 minute
Negative: Two lines (C and T)
Positive: One line (C)
Invalid: No C line
Note: A specimen collection container and water are required to preform this test, but not included.
